2 Person Tai Chi

 

 

 

 

I am appreciative of the opportunity to study the two-person form on Monday nights at the Pittsfield Senior Center.  Working with another person has given me a greater understanding of Tai Chi principles and the 108 moves in the form.  As a result I experience a greater depth when I do the solo form.
Working with Karla Groesbeck in her Beyond the Form class is raising the level of my practice of Tai Chi and gives me a sense of wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.  I highly recommend adding this class to your weekly study of Tai Chi.  I think you will truly enjoy the benefits of adding another dimension to your practice of Tai Chi.
